Sales Team Administrator

Responsive Personnel are looking for a Sales Team Administrator who would like to a new positive move in their career.

Job Description and Duties:

Undertake administrative tasks, to support the wider team in the process of property valuation, assessment and offer. Direct experience in this field is not necessary, as full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Purchasing team.
  • Manage instruction and collation of estate agent property appraisals.
  • Obtain property information from online sources and estate agents.
  • Update clients and customers on progress.
  • Deal effectively with customer service calls.
  • Proactively manage workload and show initiative.
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of properties in our inventory.
  • We are looking for a bright, hardworking and enthusiastic individual.

Key Skills and requirements: 

  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers.
  • Office administration and customer service experience is preferred, but other commercial experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in the property industry is beneficial but not essential

Hours – Monday – Friday 9m – 17:30.

Pay – Salary £23,795 to £25,000 based on experience

Location – Royal Wootton Bassett

Terms – Permanent
