Customer Service
Responsive Personnel are currently looking for a customer service assistant for our client based over in Cricklade.
About the Customer Service Role:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am – 11am
- Based in Chelworth Industrial Estate (due to location you will need own transport or live locally)
- Salary is up to £24K depending on experience
- Temporary to Permanent role
Duties / responsibilities for the Customer Service Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolutions
- Liaise with drivers regarding delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Key Skills / Attributes required for Customer Service Advisor Role:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
