Responsive Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for several uPVC and Aluminum Window & Door Fabricators for a client based in Swindon.
As a Production Operative, you will be integral to the assembly process, ensuring high quality manufacturing of window and door products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role will involve using your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools to efficiently complete tasks.
Any previous window factory / warehouse and stores experience will enhance your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall productivity and success of our operations.
The company will offer a target bonus scheme which can add up to the amount of £3000 per year to potential earn. There is also the option for overtime as well (time and a third as well as time and a half).
Pay: £12.32 ph (Plus attendance bonus and overtime)
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 07:00 – 15:45
