Operations Manager

Imogen George joined Responsive Personnel in January 2026 as Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of experience across high-volume recruitment, operational leadership, and client delivery. Known for her people-first approach and hands-on style, Imogen has built her career leading busy recruitment branches and regional teams, particularly within industrial, commercial, and driving sectors.

With a strong background in managing temporary labour, building reliable worker availability, and delivering consistent service standards, Imogen has earned a reputation for being calm, structured, and commercially sharp. She excels in fast-paced environments, ensuring clients receive a dependable, solutions-focused service while supporting consultants to perform at their best.
