MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE PERSON REQUIRED – SWINDON AREA

We are currently seeking a multi skilled maintenance person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working as part of a mobile maintenance and repair team at various properties in Swindon and the surrounding areas.

Duties

•⁠  ⁠Completing property maintenance and gardening tasks

•⁠  ⁠Providing excellent customer service when interacting with staff and external contractors

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers

•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred but not essential

•⁠  ⁠​Driving Licence (required)

•⁠  ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•⁠  ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

•⁠  ⁠Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: £12.50 – £14 per hour (dependent on skill set)

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week, permanent role. (minimum 20 hours per week, average 35)
