Food Production

Responsive Personnel are currently looking for food production operatives, to join a bakery team in Andover.

This family bakery is well known and excels at the manufacture and supply of delicious sweet baked treats for retail, out of home consumption, food service and wholesale.

Due to the fast growing business they are looking to form a solid team of manufacturing operatives who will be able to run the production of the baked treats and making sure they are keeping high standards and quality of products and operation, allowing the company to achieve all the targets.

Location: Andover, SP10

Shift: Monday – Friday

Hours: 6am – 2:30pm or 2:30pm – 11pm Total: 42.5h a week

Pay: Starting from £11.44

Duties wil include: 

• Use of company machinery following health and safety at all times.
• Follow instructions that have been set by line managers and supervisors
• Measure ingredients to input into the machinery.
• Manually finish product
• Packaging finished products
• Measure ingredients to input into the machinery.
