Experienced Baker

Responsive Personnel are working alongside one of our new clients in the Hungerford Area. They are looking for a baker who will be involved in all functions of their bakery.

Duties & responsibilities:

• General baking duties Including mixing, table work and oven work.

Key Skills and requirements: 

• The ideal candidate will have a great passion for baking bread.
• Be efficient, hard-working, and able to work well individually and as part of our great team of bakers.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a craft or artisanal environment and a complete understanding of how doughs work.
• Whilst the job will be varied and interesting, it does involve a lot of hard work enthusiasm and dedication.

Hours – 40 hours a week, across 5 days Monday – Saturday.

Pay – £30,000-£35,000.00 per year
