Responsive Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for our client in Deddington.

Our client is a successful and well-respected independent Estate Agency within Oxfordshire. This is a great opportunity to join a company that offers career progression and training.

The client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator a basic salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience. They also offer an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £35,000.

Sales Negotiator duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Successfully negotiating offers

• Booking in market appraisals

• Arranging and attending viewings

• Greeting buyers & vendors

• Registering customers

• Matching customer requirements to properties.

• Calling out on new properties

Sales Negotiator requirements:

• At least a years Property experience

• Strong proven track record of reaching/ exceeding set KPI’s

• Excellent customer service

• Local knowledge preferred

• A proactive and positive approach

• Target driven individual

• Full UK driving license & own car
