Spa Manager

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for a highly experienced Spa Manager for one of our clients to take full accountability for the running of their Spa and treatment room.

Hours:  Full time

Pay Rate: £47,000

Terms: Permanent

Main Duties: 

• Inspire and lead a team of Therapists and Fitness Instructors.
• Scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining the facility’s cleanliness and safety.
• Work with the General Manager, HR and Marketing teams to create customer led strategies.

Key Skills:

• Have an excellent understanding of the beauty & spa industry and current trends relating to luxury treatments.
• Hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Knowledge and experience of working with luxury beauty products.
