IT Repairs

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Repair Technicians to work with one of our respective clients.

Shifts: Monday – Friday

Hours:  8:30am – 16:30pm

Location: Swindon, SN2

Pay Rate: £12.50

Main Duties: 

• Repairing laptops with cosmetic breaks such as casing cracks.
• Configuration of devices
• Repair assessments – viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault
• Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems
• Placing orders for items to be able to fix the repair.
• Fitting of new parts to repair product
• Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order
• These repairs can be across a range of Chromebooks, Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones (Apple & Android)

Requirements: 

• Previous experience is needed working with IT equipment
• Background knowledge in hardware
