Warehouse Manager

At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for a Experienced Warehouse Manager/Leader to join are ever growing pool of candidates.

Hours:  Monday – Friday, Full time, Day hours

Location: GL7, Cirencester

Pay Rate: £ 28,000 – £32,000

Main Duties:

• Liaise with customer, suppliers and transport companies
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assemble and dispatch of goods.
• Use mechanical handling equipment (counterbalance Forklifts)

• Making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
• Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures
• Meeting regularly with warehouse leads to assess, analyse and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity

Key Skills:

• Business management skills.
• Knowledge of transport methods, costs and benefits.
• Maths knowledge.

Requirements

• Around 2 years experience
• Willingness to grow with the business
