Responsive Personnel are currently looking for a customer service assistant for our client based over in Cricklade.

About the Customer Service Role:

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am – 11am
  • Based in Chelworth Industrial Estate (due to location you will need own transport or live locally)
  • Salary is up to £24K depending on experience
  • Temporary to Permanent role

Duties / responsibilities for the Customer Service Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling calls and responding to customer enquiries
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolutions
  • Liaise with drivers regarding delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Key Skills / Attributes required for Customer Service Advisor Role:

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
