Customer Service Advisor
Responsive Personnel are working with a technology repair centre based on the Elgin Industrial Estate looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Duties & responsibilities –
- Booking service requests onto customer management system.
- Calling customers (schools, universities, insurers & manufacturers) to arrange the collection or return of their device(s)
- Managing customer enquiries, leasing with technicians and third parties.
- Communicating statuses back and forth with internal Service Support team who manage the customer accounts.

Hours 09:00 – 17:00
Pay – £11.44
Location – Swindon and surrounding areas
Terms – Temp to Perm
Start date – ASAP
