Customer Service Advisor
Responsive Personnel are pleased to be recruiting again for one of Swindon’s leading employers, this time for a Customer Service Advisor in Swindon.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties would include:
- Booking service requests onto Customer Management Systems.
- Calling customers (schools, universities, insurers & manufacturers) to arrange the collection or return of their device(s)
- Managing customer enquiries, leasing with technicians and third parties.
- Communicating statuses back and forth with internal Service Support team who manage the customer accounts.
Initially a temporary position paying £11.44 per hour dependant on experience, this role will become permanent after 3 months for the successful client.
Working hours are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (some flexibility available)
