Warehouse Operatives – Basingstoke

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives in the basingstoke area for one of our clients.

Location: Basingstoke, RG21

Hours: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 | 14:00 – 22:00 | 07:00 – 15:00

Pay: £12.21

Role Overview

We are seeking  hardworking and detail-oriented warehouse operatives to join our production and fulfillment team. This role involves preparing, packing, and finishing products to client specifications, and applying shrink sleeves and labels. The successful candidates will be proactive, quality-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

General Duties

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Follow company procedures for health & safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.
• Support colleagues across different tasks when required to meet deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in packing, fulfilment, or a production/warehouse role desirable (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods.
• Basic computer literacy to use order fulfilment and courier systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
