Recruitment Resourcer

Responsive Personnel are looking to recruit 2 Recruitment Resourcers to work in a fast paced and rapidly growing recruitment environment.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role where two days are never the same.

You will be someone who can work on multiple roles sourcining candidates for our clients needs whilst ensuring you are always maintaining attention to detail.

The role will involve finding and registering prospective candidates via both jobs boards as well as utilising other methods to source staff such as social media, word of mouth and networking events.

As the role progresses and you start to learn all aspects of the business we will support you with the client relationship aspect and we will start to look to you to take some ownership of this element.

We are looking for people who are happy in a customer facing role and isn’t scared of picking up the phone to both customers and clients and making calls as required.

Ongoing training provided with scope to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role.

We are really keen for someone to develop within in the business and become a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant with our support and training.

Initial 3 month temporary contract with a view to a permanent contract after this period. With working hours of Monday – Friday 0800-1700

The ideal candidate will be:

• Well organised
• Able to multitask
• Confident phone manner
• Familiar with Word, Excel etc
• Ability to deal with candidates/clients at all levels
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Team Player
