£25,000 to £28,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus which increase in line with performance against targets.

Cold calling and face-to-face new business development in order to generate new clients within the industrial and commercial sectors
Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
Managing current client relationships to ensure client stabilisation and repeat business is maintained – carrying out regular service visits with current clients.
Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
Attending local networking events to raise brand awareness and promote Responsive Personnel at all times
Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
Build key relationships with clients and candidates
Experience within the recruitment sector
Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source high calibre candidates matching to these.
Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future
Strong administration skills and an eye for detail
A minimum of 1 years full cycle recruitment experience, is absolutely essential for this role
Full Driving Licence and own transport – business mileage is reimbursed
