As an Account Manager Duties & responsibilities:

  • Acting as the lead point of contact for all client matters
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Managing customer accounts, including negotiating supplier agreements and assisting in growth plans
  • Providing training solutions to retain key candidates
  • Responding to client queries and identifying new business opportunities
  • Meeting individual and team-wide targets

Key Skills and requirements: 

  • Previous recruitment experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to meet ambitious targets
  • A deep understanding of our client’s needs
  • Full UK driving licence and use of your own vechicle
