Property Manager – Bath £25,000- £30,000

You will have a clear training schedule, to get you up and running as quickly as possible. The successful candidate will also get on-line access to industry specific training webinars, with a view to becoming an ARLA level 3 property expert. ARLA level 3 workbook will also be supplied.

To apply for this role must have a minimum of 2 years property management experience and 2-years in the same role.

Hours

9:00am-5:30pm Monday – Thursday

9:00am-5:00pm Friday

9:00am-2:00pm Saturday (time off in lieu:- typically half day following Friday)

Basic Salary£25,000 – £30,000 (dependant on experience)

Expected Minimum OTE +£2,000

Job Purpose: To provide excellent customer service, ensure repairs are completed in a timely fashion, manage contractors, tenants and landlords.

Core Job Description

Following company procedures

Liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords

Chasing landlords for approval of maintenance

Chasing Contractors to do maintenance

Adding invoices, liaising with accounts

Ensuring contractors insurances are up to date

Returning deposits (dilapidation costs)

Between tenancies, booking inventories & cleaning

Renewing tenancies

Ensuring Safety certificates are correct and in date

Ensuring the properties are safe

Booking and performing property visits and sending reports

Helping the office and working part of a team

Property Visits (Driving License Essential)
